About Our Canvas Art Prints
QualityArt4u canvas art prints are developed utilizing the most advanced giclee method of art replication. Giclees re-create an original piece of art with the accuracy, color, and detail depicted by the original artist. These fine art reproductions are displayed by museums when the original paintings are not available and sell in retail art galleries worldwide. We use top of the line machinery, 100% cotton canvas, and quality inks to produce our canvas giclees. Every canvas art print is also sprayed with clear acrylic for additional ultraviolet (UV) protection.
Gallery wrapped canvas giclees are hand stretched on 3/4 inch or 1.5 inch wooden stretcher bars. The image is wrapped around all four sides giving a frameless, complete finish to the canvas art. Your canvas giclee arrives with hanging hardware attached and is ready to be put on display right out of the box.
Museum wrapped canvas giclees are hand stretched on 3/4 inch or 1.5 inch wooden stretcher bars. The entire image is visible from the front, giving the sides a solid white or black (depending on choice) canvas finish. Your canvas giclee arrives with hanging hardware attached and is ready to be put on display right out of the box.
Unstretched canvas giclees are delivered rolled in a tube, prepared for you to stretch or mount as you desire.
It wasn't until years after his death that Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890) became one of the most famous artists to put paint to canvas. With his bold strokes and vivid colors, Van Gogh managed to paint many of the world’s best known canvas masterpieces: Starry Night, Irises, and Cafe Terrace, to name a few. During his time as an artist, Vincent van Gogh profited very little from his work and his unfortunate death from a self inflicted gun shot wound may have cut his legacy short. Today, canvas giclees are an affordable alternative to Vincent van Gogh's original million dollar works of art. Museums often display Vincent van Gogh canvas giclees when the originals are unavailable.
